Personalized Concierge Telemedicine

Telehealth Session: Concierge Medical Services

$50 - One-time Medical Consult (limit 1 problem)

$100 - Primary concierge care - Monthly Subscription (must commit 6 months)

$1000 - Primary concierge care - 1 year Subscription

Visit with a personal MD to discuss medical concerns including Mental Health management that may require a prescription, medical letter, lab orders, or a referral for services.

Concierge services include regular telemedicine medical services for unlimited concerns and ongoing medication refills that will require return follow-up visits.

One-time consultations will include 30-day after-visit communications including written communications of test results.

Telehealth Session: Weight Loss Medication Consult

$300 1-year Subscription Service (up to 6 visits)

$30 per visit if additional visits required (applies to Subscription Service only)

$50 “Try-it-out First” Consultation and Prescription

Access GLP-1 medications or other weight loss medications. This service is designed for patients whose insurance is not covering these medications and need individual and safe access to cash-only FDA-approved options and medical consultation during their weight-loss journey by a licensed personal MD.

**Consultations do not include prescription costs. Prescriptions will need to be obtained at a pharmacy. We will help you find the best available cost and pharmacy, every step of the way.

Freelance, Health Coaching & Connections Services

$100 Health Connections Session (per hour)

A Health Connections video session is a dynamic visit for those who just need “someone to talk to and listen.” Health coaching can be offered if desired. One may also receive advice and advocacy coaching if needed to navigate the health system.

Freelance work is for companies who need medical writing for websites and blogs. Dr. Tsai will use original and personal insight (non-AI) writing for your needs.
